• Structuring/re-structuring of HR policies that reflect good business practices.
• Carrying out core HR operational responsibilities including hiring and separation, joining, orientation training on attitude and communication, work discipline, grievance handling, loans and advances, payroll administration, incentives and overtime, time and attendance, event management, HRMS operations, performance evaluation, JD and role clarification, management reporting on HR operations, gate passes and strength control as per manning budgets and payroll control etc.
• Coordination with senior management on conducting special events and activities i.e. annual day, pleasure and recreational trips, special training arrangements, travelling arrangements and hoteling management of expats and locals. Also looked after outdoor duties and movement logs of daily employee visits etc.
• Responsible for overall Human Resource Operations including hiring & firing, payroll administration, time & attendance, joining and separation, employee orientation and training, grievance handling, manpower budgeting & planning etc.
• Focused on daily hiring of worker/staff and maintaining strength of around 2000 including operations of dyeing and cutting house in Kathore.
• Exercising and ensuring strong control on staffing and strength intact within budgets and cost effective.
• Providing training and orientation to supervisor and staff on company policies and procedures, general systems facility use, housekeeping and behavior norms as coded by the company HR governance office.
• Working closely with line departments to ensure adherence to the policies, manpower plan and performance standards and exercising performance development coaching and counseling of floor staff and middle management team.
• Ensuring roles clarification documentation, rationalization, jobs benchmarking and strength locking against given workload and weekend workforce and workload variation. Accordingly monitoring joining and separation in accordance to the workload plan taking strong corrective on deviation.
